From the sales team (Meir) to the install team, they were thorough, professional and delivered as promised. The install team was beyond amazing, arriving at the scheduled time, removed all traces of the 30 year old remains of the original; and installed a beautiful new double garage door, in only 2 hours!! (7:30 arrival in the driveway, pulled out at 9:22!!) The team was as efficient as anything I have ever witnessed in any commercial kitchen, clean, polite, truly professional. Cleaned as they went along, and even offered to sweep the entire garage when done. Could not have been more pleased, and we would heartily recommend this firm to anyone needing a new garage door. “Naples are the best. One of my guys was in a hurry and accidentally hit the garage door as he was pulling out of the building. I called Naples and they sent 2 guys out within 30 minutes. The bottom half of my door was destroyed but the technicians straightened it out enough for me to be able to close and secure it for the weekend. The guys were back 2 days later with a new door and painted it the day after. They were fast, polite, reasonable and very easy to deal with. Hopefully I don’t need the service again but if I do, I know who I’m calling.”
